The reason most people fail at weight loss is that the approach that they use is just too simplistic. Dieting alone will end in failure for most people. Most people who come to us have tried diets and/or exercise programs and have failed. They have failed because the old programming is still there.

With our program, we work on changing your eating patterns. We basically change your relationship with food. What we have discovered from working with thousands of clients, is that being overweight is not about food. It is more about old habits and the feelings and emotions that trigger you to eat or snack even when you are not hungry. Food is only the distractor for those feelings and emotions that you don’t like and don’t know what to do about them.
Some examples of these feeling and emotions are: stress, anger, guilt, boredom, pain, ..etc. With hypnosis, we are able to help you identify those feelings and bring them to the surface so we can help you neutralize or eliminate them. Once these liveprivates feelings are resolved, then food is no longer attractive, as a result you lose weight and start feeling good about yourself.
